And now the chaos ebbs the dust has settled and it's time to sit down and relax in your perfect new space ... it was all worth it.
The Nature of Things
Some things work perfectly the first time, and others present challenges. No two jobs are alike, but the glue holding it all together is our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction.
Once your project is complete we will do a thorough pre-possession walk-through with you to identify and correct any issues you may have.
Litwiller Developments Ltd. provides a two-year warranty on all workmanship.
Often Litwiller Developments will have third-party service audits done after the project is complete.
What to Expect
When we do your renovation we bring over 30 years of process to your project.
From the first time you call we're listening to your needs and already working towards helping you realize your dreams.
Our process:
- Introduce you to Litwiller, our history and our processes
- Discuss the scope of work
- Give you a rough budget based on ballpark figures
- Review the site (your home)
- Take notes and photographs
- Establish Scope of Work
- Generate an Estimate (revisions as required)
- Establish a start date
- Sign the agreement and accept deposit
- Selections, selections and more selections
- Site preparation
- Trade and Supplier coordination
- The work is happening in the home
- Change orders processed as required
- Final clean
- Customer walk-through and final review
