You'd think they'd be helpful, Carpenter Ants. They're not.

Ants found a home in a poorly constructed addition which we completely gutted, rebuilt and refinished including the addition of a Master Suite above the garage.

Between the ants and very tight working spaces this project had the Litwiller Team working hard, but the end result is absolutely spectacular.

Terrific finishing choices and execution, this home is not just functional again, it's beautiful.

The ants, however, decided to move on.
