A Home Office To Be Proud Of

We did a complete overhaul of this home addition and turned it into a professional office.

It is completely separate and isolated from the main house. That means it can be potentially turned into a rental suite, personal or business office, or commercial rental office.

But for now, the owner of this suite is proudly using it as his own office space.

This fully renovated office is decked out with a kitchenette that can be easily converted to a full loft-style kitchen, full bathroom, private and separate entrance and plenty of room to show off his prized possessions.

Fun & Bright Tuxedo

Sometimes, simple renovations are not enough. That was the case with the fifth project we managed for these inner-city Tuxedo homeowners.

We helped them demolish the existing structure and build a new custom home on their lot, where space was a premium.

The new home is alive with colour, light, energy, and fun and now stands out as one of the most beautiful properties on the street.

Of particular note is the eyebrow window for a better view of the street below, the basement addition we completed recently, and the solar panels on the roof. The staggered studs on exterior walls also improve energy efficiency, as do the triple-pane windows.

60's Bungalow

Beautiful open plan living is the name of the game with this stylish 60s bungalow home.

The main aim was to introduce a ‘wow’ factor as the owners wanted their home to become an entertainment hub.

Outdated mechanical electrical systems were completely replaced and energy-efficient high- velocity heating systems installed.

The ‘wow’ is evident as soon as you enter, with the warmth of the wooden finishes throughout the home, a skylight in the family room with a retracting cover panel, and a basement added during renovations.

Edgemont Elegance

The entire main floor of this Edgemont home received an injection of elegance from our renovations team.

The windows, kitchen, bathroom and fireplace were given a new lease of life. We also arranged engineer-approved structural alterations for a vaulted ceiling that opened up the space entirely.

Beyond this, the highlights are a practical two-chef kitchen layout, extra conveniences, and high-quality classic cabinetry.

Our renovations should keep the owners happy in their home for years and banish any thoughts of moving or downsizing.

Lakeview Living

The homeowners are two young architects who had been making additions to the home over the years and who wanted a more complete upgrade. They came to us armed with a sketch and entrusted us to make it happen.

The vaulted living room ceiling takes precedent in the entire main-floor renovation of this Lakeview home.

In particular, they loved the clean lines and stylish finishes to the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and mudroom renovations. What’s more, we made alterations that contributed to the home being more energy-efficient, which was especially important to them.

Varsity Estates Elegance

When the owners of this Varsity Estates home wanted to upgrade their existing home rather than move and downsize, we started with an elegant master suite addition on the upper floor.

Previous additions from several years ago were of poor quality and they called us in to modify and re-build.

The end result in the master bedroom was one of understated elegance, with a large walk-in closet, well-appointed bathroom, and fireplace in the sitting area off to the side overlooking the golf course.

We also helped them add style, warmth, and function to the main floor with the addition of a traditional “club style” family room.
